BS-8243 Threadlocker Blue (Medium Strength)

DESCRIPTION:

• A blue color, All-purpose, Medium strength thread locker formulated for locking and sealing of threaded fasteners which require normal disassembly with standard hand tools. It cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces. It locks bolts and nuts up to 20MM diameter, Preventing loosening due to vibration, and sealing against leakage and corrosion. It can work on a lightly oiled surface and is chemical resistant, Resisting fuels, lubricants, and most industrial liquids and gases.

APPLICATIONS:

• Replaces lock washers and plastic insert. Locks machine tool access bolts, Nuts, and hydraulic system bolts. Used on gearbox bolts/driveshaft, bearing cover cap screws, counter sunk screws, and conveyor roller bolts. It is also ideal for bolts on valve and cam covers, Oil pans, Disc Brake Calipers, Intakes, Alternators, and Pulley Assemblies.
